The shirt is a Bella+Canvas 3001-style premium unisex jersey tee made with soft Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Solid colors are 100% Airlume cotton; heather colors can use a cotton/poly blend. The fabric is lightweight at about 4.2 oz, side-seamed for a cleaner fit, and designed with a smooth surface that works especially well for DTG printing.
Bella+Canvas specifically positions the 3001 as a retail-quality tee rather than a cheap tubular blank, and the side-seamed construction helps it fit and hang better than lower-end event shirts.
